Does anyone understand bank of america keep the change visa card?

I don't understand it for I use my debit keep the change at the Arco or shell gas usually it will let me know that approve or disapprove, when it disapprove I cancel out, now speaking with bank of america customer rep telling me that if your dollar short they would let it by pass but inter the bank chargers me a thirty five dollar overdraft and not only did they charge my account NSF but no keep the change, is this right for the consumers?
This is just not one transaction but three transaction and they continusly by passing and the bank chargeing me thirty five dollar every transaction when its disapprove. TBD

The 'keep the change' is a trick to get people to save money. Personally, it would drive me crazy trying to keep track of the account balances.

Your problem has nothing to do with the 'keep the change'. Your debit card is disapproved because you don't have the funds to cover the transaction. Even tho you cancel, you still get the NSF charge.

You need to find a better way to keep track of your balance or get some kind of overdraft protection on your account.
